After completing his MBBS degree and MS in Ophthalmology, he gained command over various domains of eye treatment through a fellowship in Phacoemulsification (Shri Ratan Tata Fellowship at Sankara Nethralaya) and Fellowship in Cornea with Dr. Paras Mehta (Vadodara). Apart from these, he has been an Observer of Cornea and has had more than 10 years of experience as a Cornea Consultant in Rajkot.

Since the inception of his practicing journey as an Eye Specialist, he has successfully performed 5000+ LASER Refractive Surgeries, 3000+ Cataract Surgeries, and 1000+ Cornea Transplants. With such vast experience and commitment towards his work, he has been accoladed as the 1st Cornea Specialist (Saurashtra and Kutch) and 1st to start Eye Banking and Cornea Transplantation in Private Sector there. The advancement of his work grew in Keratoconus treatment by getting HOTA registration for starting Collagen Cross-linking and Lamellar Keratoplasty procedures and being the first Eye Doctor in Rajkot, Gujarat, to perform Femto-laser-assisted Keratoplasty and Implant Intacs.
